MODES OF PAYMENT

A. Cash
• Discount: 5% of the Total Contract Price .

B. Financing Scheme
a. Equity Downpayment (EDP) options:
1) 20%
(a) cash

2) 30%
(a) cash, with 2.5% discount on full down payment of 30%


b. Balance of the Total Contract Price payment options:
1) Payable in six (6) months without interest
2) Financing available through our partner/ tie-up bank, First Consolidated Bank (FCB) with payment terms of up 15 years. The buyer has the option to avail of a fixed monthly amortization for the entire duration of the loan or a monthly amortization subject for repricing on an annual basis.
3) Financing from other financial institutions are also acceptable.

Payment Schedule of the Balance of the TCP
• Payment of monthly amortization on the balance of the TCP starts 30 days after the full payment of the EDP:
1. Cash payment of the EDP: 30 days after
2. Equal monthly installments at zero percent interest: 30 days after the last EDP schedule
