FINANCING

Fee?
An amount of Php 5,000 will serve as reservation fee and
is already part of the total lot investment.
- Discount for
Cash Payment?
Five (5%) Percent is granted if account is fully paid
within Thirty (30) days from date of reservation fee for
both lots only and house & lot packages.
- Bank
Financing accepted?
Yes. Bank loan for lots
only package will have a 2.5% discount, with Letter of
Guarantee from bank due within 60 days after reservation
has been made.

Lot Only Package
IN-HOUSE FINANCING
SCHEME 1:
The amount equivalent to 30% Down payment is paid
outright. The remaining 70% balance is payable in 1, 2
or 3 years subject to 12.32%, 13.44%, or 14.56% interest
rate per annum, respectively. .
SCHEME 2:
The amount equivalent to 24% Down payment is stretched
over a Twelve (12) months period at 13.44% interest. The
remaining 76% balance is payable in 1, 2 or 3 years
subject to 14.56%, 15.68% and 16.8% interest rate per
annum, respectively.
House & Lot
Package
SCHEME 1:
The amount equivalent to 30% Down payment. The 70%
balance is payable upon house completion. If paid in
cash, client gets a 3% discount. If paid thru bank loan,
a 2% discount is given and one year at 12.32%
SCHEME 2:
The amount equivalent to 20% Down payment should be paid
within 30 days after reservation has been made. The 80%
balance is payable upon house completion. If paid in
cash, client gets a 2% discount. If paid thru bank loan,
a 1.5% discount is given and one year at 13.44%.

Can I choose any bank to
serve my financing?
D’logo Dev't. Corp. has accreditation arrangements
with China Bank, Allied Bank and Pag-ibig. However,
the Buyer has the option to transact with any bank
of his choice. A Letter of Undertaking / Guarantee
from the choice bank is required prior to document
transfer.

Titles?
Yes. All lots are covered with titles ready for
transfer, issued by the Registry of Deeds for the
Municipality of Carcar.

How long will the processing
of individual titles and tax declarations take?
With complete documents and full payment, it will
take approximately 2-3 months to transfer titles to
the buyer's name.

Full payment is required before you can start building
